ELIGIBLE BORROWERS
Businessman (individual) or under Corporation (business Entity)
  1. 1. Applicant should be either self-employed with at least 24 months of continuous profitable operation or employed as Senior Officer of Top Corporation or Bank with manager level or higher in a regular or permanent status.
  2. Age of borrower from 21 years to 60 years at the time of loan maturity. In excess of 60 years, to submit co-maker preferably one of his/her children.
Amount Finance

Amount finance shall be sixty percent (60%) of the Appraised Value.

Good Credit Record

Applicant must have a good credit record. Loans with banks and other financing companies, existing or fully paid, must have at least Gen. Satisfactory and court checking shall be negative.

Acceptable collateral:
  1. Clean Title – should be free from any lien / encumbrance
  2. Minimum of 100 sq. meters for commercial area and 150 sq. meters for residential
  3. Commercial lot / residential within the subdivision
  4. Location:
    • NCR
    • Cavite: Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas and Tagaytay
    • Rizal: Cainta, Taytay and Antipolo
    • Laguna: Sta. Rosa, San Pedro, Los Baños, Biñan and Calamba – commercial area/residential
    • Batangas: Lipa, and Batangas City – commercial area/residential
    • Other areas on case-to-case basis

  2. These locations are described by exact sketch and are located within a distance of three hours travel from Makati City.
